Caribbean Coleslaw

1 / thinly 2 Coal, shredded
4 large carrots, grated or
1 (16 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
black pepper
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 Scotch Bonnet peppers, seeded and finely chopped
3 / 4 cup Carnation evaporated milk
1 / olive oil 2 cup
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or spicy mustard
1 / 4 cup of the Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

Arrival
Shred cabbage well.
Shred the carrots well.
Drain pineapple chunks in cans.
Combine fruit and vegetables to give a large bowl and mix.
For the sauce:.
Combine sweetened condensed milk with the mustard and the salt of choice.
Little by little, a little (a teaspoon at a time) by the oil, whisking constantly.
Continue adding the oil slowly, whisking constantly.
Gradually stir in evaporated milk, vinegar and pepper.
Pour dressing over all and mix.
Cover and refrigerate until needed.
You can also use a small green onions, if desired.
